Talia Thompson serves as the Assistant Olympic Sports Strength and Conditioning Coach at Nova Southeastern University, where she designs and implements performance programs for multiple varsity athletic teams.

In her previous role at Palm Beach Atlantic University, Talia collaborated closely with sport coaches and athletic trainers to optimize the health and performance of student-athletes competing in women's basketball, lacrosse, soccer, softball, baseball, beach volleyball, and men's and women's golf. Her coaching contributed to the development of several student-athletes who earned All-America recognition and Sunshine State Conference (SSC) honors.

Prior to joining Palm Beach Atlantic, Talia completed a strength and conditioning internship at Nova Southeastern University, where she assisted with programming, coaching, and the implementation of training programs for several teams. She also gained Division I experience as a Strength and Conditioning Intern at Florida Atlantic University, assisting with football and women's basketball.

Talia earned both her Master of Science in Sport Science and Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sport Science from Nova Southeastern University. She holds the Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) credential through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and is a Certified Sports Nutritionist (CISSN) through the International Society of Sports Nutrition. Additionally, she maintains Basic Life Support (CPR/AED) certification through the American Heart Association.
